Before radio and clubs, DJ Scene made a name for himself in the DJ battle circuit 2002 Northwest DMC Championships, becoming a finalist in the US division. He is a part of Deckstar, along with masters such as DJ Jazzy Jeff and Steve Aoki.
Originally from Seattle, DJ Scene mixed 5 days a week live on KUBE 93.3 FM, and prerecorded for XM Satellite Radio 5 days a week. He now has a weekly podcast, a series of mixes recorded live in Las Vegas, which are posted online, and also air every Saturday on WILD 94.9 FM in San Francisco.

Raphael Valentino has grown from DJ, to producer, to remix artist. DJ L!VE is one of the hottest DJs emerging out of Seattle right now. Following him for the last few years and watching him spin clubs, his mixes will make anyone and everyone want to get up and dance the night away. His style of playing “un-edited live sets” consists of gauging the energy of the crowd and going with his gut in the heat of the moment to decide the next songs to play, instead of pre-ordering his sets like other DJs. And he pulls it off damn well.
