DJ Mike C was born and raised in the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico, transferring to Northeastern University in Boston as a sophomore. He had previously deejayed a bit in High School, but couldn’t find time between that and his football career. Having wanted to always start up DJing again, he found difficulties in having little club experience and not being familiar with the music culture of Boston, instead always listening to the the Latin and Euro music he grew up and played in Puerto Rico. Beautifully transitioning styles, he now resides in Miami where he is continuing to pursue his DJ career.
